Regnard Raquedan advocates for technology creating a positive social impact. He is the co-founder of Agile Starts, a Toronto-based consulting firm that helps mission-driven organizations effectively apply agile methods and cloud computing technology for greater impact. As a technology professional, Regnard developed expertise in DevOps, web/mobile application development, cloud solution architecture and agile project management while working at the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation and World Vision Canada. He is also currently a Partner Solutions Architect at GitLab. Before Agile Starts, he co-founded two social ventures: CubbySpot, a childcare matching platform, and ParentUp, a mobile health information service for teen mothers in developing countries.
