Mark Barnes is a business builder, skilled analyst and problem solver who has worked as a management consultant for 28 years. He has extensive experience working with growth-oriented small to mid-sized companies, developing and implementing strategies to secure financing, build effective management teams, enhance profitability and improve business processes. He has served on the Board of Directors of several organizations and as a volunteer panelist and award judge for the Toronto Business Development Centre. In June 2019, Mark was a recipient of the Raymond G. Chang Outstanding Volunteer Award in recognition of his work with Toronto Metropolitan University’s Social Ventures Zone.
