The Test Centre includes both the Accommodated Test Centre and the Make Up Test Centre, and are guided by our core values of service and integrity.

The Test Centre provides quality test administration in a professional, secure, and positive testing environment that allows students to demonstrate their learning. In addition to providing services for Toronto Metropolitan University students, faculty, and instructors, we administer tests for individuals and organizations.

If you are a student living with a disability looking to book a make-up test, please book through the Accommodated Test Centre, using the AAS Student Portal.

Exceptional Booking Requests

The Accommodated Test Centre (ATC) needs time to prepare for final exams in order to guarantee accommodations to those that booked by the deadline (Friday March 31, 2023). As such, we are no longer accepting exceptional booking requests.

At this point, you have two options:

  • Prepare to write your final exams without accommodations; or
  • Speak with your department about your options.

Tests before the Final Exam Period

For students registered with AAS who need to write a test/exam prior to April 17th, please submit a request to testcentre@torontomu.ca. Please keep in mind that booking requests for this period need to be submitted at least 2 business days in advance.

Accommodated Makeup Final Exams

The ATC is administering accommodated make-up exams on May 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. These dates are exclusively for students registered with AAS who require accommodations for their final exams.

You must have approval from your instructor to write a make-up exam. The ATC cannot administer a make-up exam without this approval.

The Exceptional Booking Request Form is now closed and will re-open for accommodated make-up exam requests on April 25, 2023.
