Urban Farm - Sunset Sips: Wild Herbal Infusions Workshop

Acquaint yourself with the cultivated teas grown on the rooftop, along with the wild plants, commonly referred to as “weeds”. Many of these underappreciated plants are edible and medicinal! Join us to embark on a wild plant identification walk, forage for a herbal bouquet, and learn how to turn these botanicals into beverages. After the workshop, you can take your harvested herbs home with you to make your own concoctions and pucker up to a wild soda, shrub or vinegar infusion, enriched by the power of plant medicine!
