Accommodated Test Centre (ATC)

The ATC coordinates and administers tests, final exams, and make-up tests for students registered with AAS.

To be eligible to write tests with the ATC, you must:

 Be registered with AAS;

 Have accommodations for tests and exams;

 Send your accommodation plan to your instructors each semester;

 Book by the posted deadlines.

Test booking deadlines

Deadline Date
Quiz, Test, & Midterms 7-days before the test
Fall Final Exams November 14, 2025

When booking, be sure to:

  • Book by the deadline(s)
  • Enter the scheduled class date, time, and duration (not your accommodated writing time)
  • Confirm the accommodations you will use

  • Provide test details

If you and your instructor have agreed on a different time, you may book for that time. Your instructor will be notified to confirm.

Make-Up Tests

In order to write an accommodated make-up test, students must:

  1. Obtain instructor approval
  2. Submit a make-up booking request via AAS Student Portal at least 5 days prior to the scheduled make-up test date.
