Experience TMU’s very own Medicine Garden, located on the Daphne Cockwell Health Sciences Complex (DCC) rooftop farm.
Medicine in the Garden is an event in support of Indigenous Education Week, where Indigenous attendees will learn about Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabe medicine teachings from keynote community speakers.
Hosted by Indigenous Initiatives, Office of Vice-President, Equity and Community Inclusion, the event will include an interactive Medicine Garden tour, led by the Urban Farm’s Indigenous-Led Programs coordinator, Samantha Williams, and lunch catered by local catering company Wisinidaa (external link) .
