We are pleased to invite you to the second session in our Growing Better Rooftops: A Soil Health Panel series, hosted by the Ryerson Urban Farm Living Lab. Join us virtually on Wednesday, December 9 as we continue our discussion on optimizing green roof technologies and growing media for food production. This session will feature a 45 minute panel discussion followed by a 15 minute question and answer period with attendees.
Joining us for this panel discussion are four incredible speakers:
- Lara Lucretia Mrosovsky, rooftop gardener and consultant with Miinikaan Innovation & Design (external link)
- Roxanne Miller, vegetative specialist with SOPRANATURE (external link) (Soprema Canada)
- Orlando Martin Lopez Gomez, community food growing manager with Food Share (external link)
- Tinashe Kanengoni, market gardener, farmer, researcher, educator and community engagement specialist
