Undergraduate Science Society Student (USSTM) Groups and Course Unions 

USSTM is the overarching organization representing all science undergraduates and supports science course unions and student groups. Learn more about the available student groups and opportunities to get involved. (external link)

These student-run unions advocate for TMU mathematics students. One for each program: Financial Mathematics Course Union (external link)  and Mathematics and Its Applications Course Union (external link) .

Help support women pursuing careers in science and meet like-minded peers, with groups such as Women in Math (external link)  and Association of Undergraduate Women in Science (external link) .

Faculty of Science students have free access to this on-campus space. Meet with science-minded peers, host an event, find a study space, or just chill out.

Special Projects & Events

The Faculty of Science, Department of Mathematics and Undergraduate Science Society of Toronto Metropolitan (external link) , have funds available to help students attend conferences, host events or carry out special projects.

Student Learning Centre

The SLC is the heart of the Toronto Metropolitan community. Students come to this massive building to study, check out special events or just hang out.
