Elizabeth is an estates and trusts lawyer. She is currently Director of Estate Planning at a national bank where she draws upon her expertise regarding estate, trust, and incapacity issues. Previously, Elizabeth worked at a trust company and a boutique estate litigation firm.

Elizabeth obtained her Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and her LLB from Osgoode Hall. She was called to the Bar in 2008. In recent years, she has received her Trusts and Estates (TEP) designation from the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP) and a Diploma in Art Profession Law and Ethics from the Institute of Art & Law in the UK.  Most recently, she received her LLM in Tax Law from Osgoode Hall.

Elizabeth was previously the co-chair of Continuing Professional Development with the Ontario Bar Association, Estates and Trusts Executive, and a member of the STEP Diploma Working Group. She also previously taught the Wills and Estates Bar Admission course with the Internationally Trained Lawyers Program at the University of Toronto. She has spoken frequently at legal conferences and seminars, and has written numerous papers on issues concerning capacity, estates, trusts, and tax law. She has also contributed content to the The Annotated Ontario Estates Statutes and Estate Litigation, as well as the Law of Trusts Diploma course with STEP Canada.
