Winter 2026 exam grading and final grade submissions
The end of the Winter term is here! Here are some resources to help you grade your exams and submit final grades.
Grade final exams
Grading processes vary, depending on which platform you used to conduct a final exam. Once you have reviewed exam submissions and completed grading in your application of choice, you can then sync grades into Brightspace Gradebook for final calculation.

Final grades
The final grade in a Brightspace course shell is not visible to students. The final grades need to be released to the Registrar via the MyServiceHub portal. For support calculating final grades in Brightspace, please refer to the final grades and Brightspace guide.
Submit final grades to MyServiceHub
If you are formally submitting final grades to MyServiceHub, you can use one of two methods.
- When transferring final letter grades from your Brightspace course shell, use the D2L Fetch to MyServiceHub feature.
- For all types of final grades, including letter grades and pass-fail grading, you can enter grades directly into MyServiceHub.
