Christopher Gore. Electricity Access and Climate Change in Africa: Meeting the challenge through collaboration, knowledge exchange and early career training. SSHRC Connection Grant. 7/4/2025. This SSHRC Connection Grant ($18,349) will support a policy roundtable and Early Career Researcher (ECR) workshop in Nairobi, Kenya, in October 2025. The roundtable will include Kenyan civil society, government, academics, and bilateral and multilateral bank representatives. The ECR will take place at the University of Nairobi and focus on research methods, design, publication preparation, and networking for Kenyan ECRs. One TMU graduate student will attend in person.
