Biography

In addition to a PhD in Policy Studies from Ryerson University, Dr. Rinkoff holds an MA in Leadership Studies from the University of Guelph and an BSc. (honours) in Anthropology, Biology and French Studies from the University of Toronto. 

For over two decades, Paul has gained frontline, investigative, executive management and leadership experience in the field of policing and criminal justice. He has been a member and leader of several committees that promote equity and inclusivity.

Dr. Rinkoff's current research interests public sector leadership and supervision, leadership style and theory, implementation policy, organizational behaviour and culture, community and neighbourhood policing, and racial profiling. 

At Ryerson, Dr. Rinkoff is currently teaching CPPA102: Canadian Public Administration II: Processes.  His additional teaching experience includes:
