Dennis Mock Student Leadership Award Winners

Congratulations to Politics and Governance students Josel Angelica Gerardo, Nazdona Ayon, and Natasha Chawdhry who each received a 2021 Dennis Mock Student Leadership Award at the (virtual) Student Experience Awards on 07 April 2021. 

The Dennis Mock Student Leadership Awards acknowledge and encourage student participation in university affairs by recognizing graduating students who have made outstanding voluntary extracurricular contributions to their school or academic program department, their Faculty, or to Ryerson University as a whole.  Natasha received her award in the Program category, while Josel and Nazdona received awards in the University-wide category.

In naming the awards after Dr. Dennis Mock, Ryerson recognizes his commitment to higher education. His leadership and dedication, demonstrated during his 28 years at the university, are qualities embodied in students chosen to receive this award - students committed to ‘making a difference’.
