CLIMATE JUSTICE: FROM RALLYING CRY TO EMERGING LEGAL NORM?

Professor Christopher Campbell-Duruflé, a member of the Lincoln Alexander Law's International Law and Global Justice Initiative, is serving as guest editor for a special issue of the PKI Global Justice Journal on climate justice. The Call for Article Submissions invites scholars and practitioners to reflect on conceptual and practical issues in light of ongoing developments in what is now Canada and internationally, including the contours, legal status, and practical effects of this concept. Submissions should generally not exceed 3,000 words and non-traditional forms of legal expression (poems, photography, illustration, videos, etc.) to accompany submissions are highly encouraged.

JUSTICE CLIMATIQUE : DE SLOGAN À NORME JURIDIQUE ÉMERGENTE ?

Le professeur Christopher Campbell-Duruflé, membre de la International Law & Global Justice Initiative à la faculté de droit Lincoln Alexander, est rédacteur invité d’un numéro spécial de la revue juridique PKI Global Justice Journal consacré à la justice climatique. L’appel à contributions invite les chercheurs.ses et les praticien.ne.s à réfléchir aux enjeux conceptuels et pratiques liés au concept de justice climatique à la lumière des développements en cours au Canada et à l’international, notamment ses contours, son statut juridique et ses effets. Les contributions ne doivent généralement pas dépasser 3 000 mots et les formes d’expression juridique non traditionnelles (poèmes, photographies, illustrations, vidéos, etc.) sont fortement encouragées.
