Victoria Yang is an associate at Howie, Sacks & Henry LLP, where she practices plaintiff side personal injury law and class actions. Her practice involves product liability of medical devices and pharmaceutical products, motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, dog bite incidents, and privacy, amongst others.

Victoria particularly enjoys trial advocacy work. She has argued before the Ontario Superior Court, Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, the License Appeal Tribunal, and Workplace Safety and the Insurance Appeals Tribunal. She holds a B.A. (Hons.) from McGill University, and a J.D. from the University of Toronto.

Victoria is an active member on the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers (“FACL”), and currently sits on the Board of Directors. She is co-chairing the annual FACL conference and gala in March 2026.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys Brazilian jiu jitsu, salsa and bachata dancing, and rock climbing. She also thoroughly enjoys travelling off the beaten path.
