Sean S. Parsa
Sean S. Parsa is a lawyer with a multidisciplinary background in law, engineering, and business. He is the Founder of Parsa Law, where he advises individuals and businesses on real estate transactions, corporate structuring, joint ventures, and commercial agreements.
In addition to his legal practice, Sean sits on the board of a Toronto-based real estate development firm, providing governance-level insight into land assembly, capital structuring, and project execution.
Sean’s professional foundation includes several years at Deloitte, where he worked across consulting and advisory mandates involving operational strategy and financial analysis. He holds an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, a Juris Doctor from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering. His academic and professional background emphasizes analytical precision, interdisciplinary problem-solving, and the translation of legal doctrine into practical outcomes.
