Patrick Cummins
Patrick gained 20 plus years of capital market regulation experience at Blaney McMurtry LLP acting for public companies, private investors, and other industry participants on a full range of legal services. In 2023, Patrick joined the Ministry of the Attorney General as a Vice-Chair adjudicator with Tribunals Ontario.
Patrick earned his Master of Laws, Securities Law at Osgoode Hall Law School in 1998 and was recognized by Best Lawyers® In Canada in Cannabis Law from 2020 to 2022. Since 2020 he has been a part-time instructor at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law, teaching courses in Securities Regulations, Property Law and Administrative and Regulatory Law. Patrick is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Christian Farmers Federation of Ontario and Ontario Soil and Crop Improvement Association. He is past President and Chairman of the Board of The DAM Develop-Assist-Mentor and is currently Director and Chair of the Governance Committee of the Ontario Beekeepers’ Association. He enjoys the daily health benefits of working on his family farm.
