Kwende Thomas
Kwende Thomas is Senior Counsel at TD Bank Group. His current practice focuses on advising and supporting the corporate and subsidiary governance program at TD, which includes ensuring proper and adequate governance oversight and processes exist to reduce exposure to operational, legal, regulatory and reputational risk.
He previously practiced in the areas of Estates and Trusts law. Kwende is a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) and is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners.
