Jason Rosen is a founding and managing Partner at Rosen & Associates Tax Law (“R&A”), a boutique tax law firm based in Toronto with national reach. He is also recognized by the Law Society of Ontario as a Certified Specialist in Tax.
Through his decade long experience representing clients in the tax arena, he has gained a comprehensive command of the subtleties associated with tax litigation, the CRA dispute-resolution process and related underlying matters of taxpayer advocacy. He provides effective and aggressive representation by taking a proactive, client centered approach.
His Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting combined his with advocacy skills and experience equips him to provide comprehensive legal representation, both throughout the dispute resolution process as well as tax planning.
Jason advises a variety of clients involved in a broad range of disputes and clients, from individual taxpayers to large corporations. Jason has successfully argued, negotiated and favourably resolved over 100 court cases, and appeared before the following: OSCJ, OCJ, Tax Court of Canada, Federal Court and the FCA.
