TMU Faculty of Arts’ KickstART 2026

Hey future Arts students! KickstART your journey at TMU! 🌟 The Faculty of Arts is excited to host our pre-enrolment KickstART event. Join us for a day filled with information and community as you prepare for course enrolment. 

📅 Date: July 30th, 2026

🕘 Time: “Soft opening” at 9:30am with official event at 10am to 3pm

📍 Location: Student Learning Centre (SLC), 6th Floor (341 Yonge Street)

🍴 Breakfast refreshments and lunch are provided

Mandatory Arts Academic Orientation 2026

Incoming first year Faculty of Arts students are welcome to attend their mandatory Academic Orientation to familiarize themselves with their academic program requirements, TMU Arts Faculty, professors and fellow first year Students. If Academic Orientation leaves you inspired to make your mark, join us for The Success Tour: Faculty of Arts Meet & Greet. This is an interactive event where students are encouraged to meet and connect with Faculty, student services, and upper-year students.

📅 Date: Tuesday, September 1st, 2026 

🕘 Time: 9:00am-12:00pm, 12:00pm-2:00pm

📍 Location: Kerr Hall West Upper Gym, 379 Victoria St

🛍️ SWAG bags and free merchandise will be provided to those who attend, with many more prizes to be won! 🎊

SASSH Orientation

The Society of Arts, Social Sciences and Humanities (SASSH) represents all Undergraduate students in TMU's Faculty of Arts. They are hosting a wide range of events that focus on your university experience, social opportunities, and wellness programming. This week long programming is sure to have something that everyone will enjoy! Free food, entertainment and swag will be offered!
