Shima Bagher Zade Homayie
Research Fellow
Dr. Shima BZ Homayie, Member of IEEE, is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Centre for Urban Energy (CUE) at Toronto Metropolitan University. She received a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University in 2024. Her research focuses on power system optimization and analysis, with an emphasis on renewable energy integration, energy storage systems, and demand response strategies.
At CUE, she has been actively involved in both academic and industry-driven research projects aimed at enhancing the reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of future power systems.
