Bethany Minor is the Student Success Coordinator for the Master of Digital Media (MDM) program at Toronto Metropolitan University, where she works to foster student success and strengthen the MDM community through mentorship, alumni engagement, recruitment, and strategic industry partnerships.

With a background in sociology from Concordia University and several years of experience coordinating creative programs in postsecondary environments, Bethany brings a strong commitment to community-building, digital strategy, and equitable access to opportunity. Known for her intrapreneurial approach, she excels at developing and implementing initiatives that bridge academia and industry—helping students build the skills, confidence, and networks needed to succeed in dynamic digital sectors.

Outside of her professional role, she is a multi-medium artist, dancer, and travel enthusiast whose creative pursuits reflect her belief in lifelong learning and interdisciplinary exploration.
