Stephanie Simmons is Assistant General Counsel in the Office of the General Counsel and Board Secretariat. Stephanie provides legal and strategic advice in the areas of commercial transactions, procurement, real estate and leasing.

Prior to her current role, Stephanie held senior legal positions at CreateTO, Alimentation Couche-Tard (CircleK) and LCBO, advising on complex matters across both the public and private sectors.  Stephanie began her legal career at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, where she practiced in the Financial Services and Real Estate groups.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science, a Juris Doctor, and a Master of Planning from Queen’s University, and a Master of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
