Joe Yule is Legal Counsel in the Office of General Counsel and Board Secretariat, providing legal and strategic advice on a broad range of legal issues with a focus on corporate/commercial law and supporting the business processes of the university.
Before joining TMU, Joe worked in-house at CDW Canada in the technology and IT sector, with a focus on commercial agreements, privacy, corporate compliance, and advising on complex matters with government and the public sector.
Joe holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy) from the University of Toronto, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.
