Ahmed S. Khwaja is a research fellow at the Centre for Urban Energy (CUE). He received a Ph.D. in signal processing and telecommunications from the University of Rennes 1 in France. His research interests include machine learning and optimization problems in smart grids, and specifically electricity load forecasting, smart meter data obfuscation and load disaggregation.
