Friday, October 6, 2023	Work Term	Last Date to Drop a Work Term course (WKT) for the Term (All Programs)	The last date to drop a work term course if not secured for the term.
Sunday, November 26, 2023	Financial Assistance – OSAP	Last Date to Submit a Continuation of Interest Free Status for the Term	Deadline to submit a CIFS or Schedule 2 application for the fall term. For details go to the Student Financial Assistance website.
Monday, November 27, 2023	Work Term	Last Date to Submit a Fall Work Term Report/Winter Continuation Report for Chemical Engineering	The last date to submit a Fall work term report/Winter continuation report for Chemical Engineering for the term for grading. Students will be assigned a fail grade if the deadline is missed.
Thursday, November 30, 2023	Work Term	Last Date to Submit a Fall Work Term Report/Winter Continuation Report for Computer Science	The last date to submit a Fall work term report/Winter continuation report for Computer Science for the term for grading. Friday, December 1, 2023	Work Term	Last Date to Submit a Fall Work Term Report/Winter Continuation Report for Faculty of Community Services	The last date to submit a Fall work term report/Winter continuation report for Occupational and Public Health & Safety for the term for grading. Students will be assigned a fail grade if the deadline is missed.
Tuesday, December 5, 2023	Work Term	Last Date to Submit a Fall Work Term Report/Winter Continuation Report for Faculty of Science (Except Computer Science)	The last date to submit a Fall work term report/Winter continuation report for Biology, Biomedical Science, Chemistry, Financial Math, Maths and Its Applications, and Medical Physics for the term for grading. Students will be assigned a fail grade if the deadline is missed.
Thursday, December 7, 2023	Work Term	Last Date to Submit a Work Term Report & Employer Evaluation for the Fall Term for Faculty of Arts	The last date to submit a Fall work term report/Winter continuation for English, History, Politics & Governance, Sociology for the term for grading.
