Live Stream with the EV Nautilus at 12:00 pm

We are kicking off Science Literacy Week with an array of interactive science activities, led by scientists from all areas of STEM. Drop by the SLC any time to visit our scientists from SciXchange, Ryerson Urban Water and the Sustainability Office.

Get ready to dive into a day of fun, experiential learning, as well as the opportunity to learn more about our oceans, in ways you may not have seen before! Join us for a live stream with a real ocean research vessel at noon, exploring the remote oceans of Pacific baker and howland islands. This vessel belongs to Bob Ballard, who discovered the Titanic. He uses this vessel to explore uncharted regions in the oceans, and has invited us to come along.

But wait...there’s more! You will also leave with a few new pocket science tricks that will allow you to ‘wow’ anyone, anywhere!
