Olesia is an accomplished HR leader and CHRP/CHRL-designated professional with progressive experience in employee and labour relations across Canada and the United States. Currently serving as a Regional HR Manager, she oversees multiple manufacturing and distribution facilities, partnering closely with executive and operations leaders to drive workforce strategy, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure compliance with employment legislation. Olesia has led two collective bargaining negotiations, numerous workplace investigations, and supported organizational mergers and acquisitions, bringing a balanced, business-focused approach to complex people matters.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and strong risk assessment capabilities, Olesia is passionate about building high-performing, inclusive teams that enable organizations to achieve sustainable growth.
