Why did you decide on the Ted Rogers MBA program?
I chose the Ted Rogers MBA because of its practice-oriented curriculum that emphasizes learning applicable to real-world challenges. The program’s focus on collaboration and diverse perspectives aligns closely with my values in designing and implementing human-centred strategies that strengthen organizational culture and performance. I was drawn to an environment that encourages self-reflection, critical thinking, and meaningful dialogue, while fostering a supportive community where students learn from one another and grow together.
