How to connect with us via chat
- Select a TMU Buddy from the Students or Staff tab.
- Click the Chat with... button followed by Start chatting now.
- Login to your existing account or create a new account and complete your profile.
- Adjust your Communication preferences under Settings.
- Submit your questions via chat and your TMU Buddy will get back to you.
This service currently supports undergraduate inquiries from international applicants. If you are a domestic applicant, please check out our Undergraduate Admissions resources. If you are interested in a graduate program, please consult our Graduate Studies Admissions resources.
Response Time
This service is not a live chat. Our TMU Buddies will aim to respond within 24 to 72 hours and typically Monday through Friday only. Please avoid sending the same message to multiple profiles.
