Starrlee DeGrace is a proud First Nations woman and member of the Chippewas of Georgina Island. Recognized as one of the Top 50 Changemakers of 2023 by the Globe and Mail’s Report on Business and named 2025 WCT (Women in Communications & Technology) Mentor of the Year, Starrlee is celebrated for her commitment to creating meaningful pathways and opportunities for Indigenous talent across Canada.

With over 18 years of experience spanning finance, technology, customer service, sales, talent acquisition, and DEI, Starrlee brings both depth of expertise and a passion for human connection to every space she enters.
