Jon Lowe
A proud graduate of the Ted Rogers MBA program at Toronto Metropolitan University (2011), Jon Lowe is a Toronto native whose career has taken him across North America and into the leadership ranks of some of the world's most recognized technology and fintech companies. He currently serves as Chief People Officer of DailyPay, a New York-based financial technology company, and as an advisor to AltHire AI, an AI-enabled recruiting and talent management platform. Lowe was elected to the Toronto Metropolitan University Board of Governors as an Alumni Governor in 2026, serving a three-year term through 2029.
Lowe's career in human resources spans more than two decades, beginning in industrial relations and collective bargaining before moving into senior leadership roles across global technology and fintech. He spent more than seven years at Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN), joining as the company's first HR leader for Western Canada before progressing to lead HR across some of its largest North American fulfillment facilities. He subsequently served as Head of Human Resources for the Americas at Revolut, Europe's largest fintech, before joining eToro (NASDAQ: ETOR) as Head of US Human Resources, guiding the people function through a period of accelerated growth and public market readiness.
A contributing member of the Forbes Human Resources Council, Lowe has published extensively on workforce strategy, financial equity, and organizational culture, with contributions featured in Forbes, Fast Company, HR.com, and Gartner. He is a frequent panelist and speaker at industry forums on topics including AI in HR, organizational design, and employee financial wellness.
Lowe holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Queen's University and a MBA in Strategic Human Resource Management from Toronto Metropolitan University.
