Norie Campbell

Norie Campbell joined Thomson Reuters in 2023 as the company’s Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary. At Thomson Reuters, Norie is accountable for legal, risk and compliance as well as government relations and social impact. She is the Executive Sponsor of Thomson Reuters’ Global Pro Bono Program. Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Norie held a number of executive-level roles at TD Bank Group, including serving as General Counsel for a decade.

Norie is the Vice Chair of the Board of Governors of the Toronto Metropolitan University and a director of the Rideau Hall Foundation. She is also actively involved in United Way and served as Chair of the United Way Greater Toronto Campaign Cabinet for 2025-2026. She has been recognized for her leadership by Catalyst Canada and the Women’s Executive Network (WXN) Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada.

She received her Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws degrees from Osgoode Hall Law School.
