One of the best ways to reduce the stress associated with schoolwork, exams, deadlines and demands on your creativity is to get a good night’s sleep on a regular basis. Our brains are active while we sleep. Learn more about tapping into this often-neglected pathway to academic success and personal well-being. And discover how to make this a new habit. Learn how to approach your note-taking as a process and how to begin to make actionable changes. You will also learn how to develop your skill of discernment and continue to fine-tune your time management habits.
What is FYEO's Learning and Advising Series?
Join us for 12 workshops on different topics ranging from best tips to post-exam resilience. These workshops will run during both the fall and winter semester. Students will have the opportunity to meet new people, seek advice from mentors, and have a room to study in during coffee + study sessions. All workshops and sessions will be held in-person every week on Thursday from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm.
