Yvonne Rodney

Yvonne Rodney is a career development consultant, an author, a playwright, and a motivational speaker. She runs her own consulting practice – Inner Change Consulting (external link, opens in new window)  - specializing in career counselling and coaching. In 2013, Yvonne retired from a lengthy career at the University of Toronto, 12 years of which she served as Director of the Career Centre. Following that, she worked part-time for 9 years with Jewish Vocational Services from which she retired in June 2024. Yvonne has written 10 books on a range of topics, including Military to Civilian Employment - A Career Practitioner’s Guide (and its 2nd edition). Yvonne holds a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Toronto.
