Aurore Blaise is head of digital humanities at the Shoah Memorial in Paris, working to make the stories of Holocaust victims and survivors a permanent part of public memory accessible to search and discover for generations to come.
She has created several datasets linked with the Memorial's general database of the 76,000 Holocaust victims in France and with the rich archival collections kept by the institution as well as other partners. She is involved in the Survivors Project, which aims to identify the deportees who came back from the campus, and to document their path.
