Course tutoring

We support common TRSM courses that may be math-heavy. Although course offerings vary from term to term, we generally offer tutoring support for courses such as:

  • Accounting
  • Business Math
  • Finance
  • Statistics

Economics Help Centre

The Economics Help Centre supports TMU students with their economics skills in all programs. Visit their website for the current schedule.

Student Life & Learning Support (SLLS)

Math and computer science support

SLLS offers comprehensive support, both in-person and online, to all TMU students looking for help with math.

Group tutoring

Math study groups are facilitated by Master’s or Ph.D. candidates or trained peer leaders who have previously taken the course.

Online math support resources

SLLS has curated video tutorials on how to use the Casio fx-9750GII (external link)  and TI – BA II PLUS (external link)  calculators.

Tip sheets

We also offer course-specific tip sheets, general math tip sheets, and general learning and organizational tip sheets.

Remember: your Professor and/or TA can be a great source of support! Don't hesitate to reach out to them with your questions, too.
