HTM Faculty, Staff, students, and alumni gather for the 2020 Virtual Orientation.

#HTMRyerson had the pleasure of  welcoming the incoming first-year students during the 2020 Academic Orientation via Zoom! While the Fall 2020 semester is unlike other many others, HTM Faculty and Staff were able to answer questions and clarify school-related topics in the Zoom chat.

We were joined by students tuning in from Albania, Barbados, Indonesia, and all over Canada! The orientation included welcome messages from Director Frederic Dimanche, who hosted the event and introduced students to Faculty, Staff, students, and alumni.

First-years were also introduced to the HTM’s student employees, as well as the Ryerson Hospitality and Tourism Students’ Society and HTMentoring Directors.

It is important now, more than ever, to stay connected with all news, events and opportunities that HTM will communicate through social media during the virtual semester. HTM will strive to provide resources and help students as Ryerson adjusts to the new semester.
