Congratulations Jenny Liu!

Psychological Science PhD student Jenny Liu received a 2017 APA Dissertation Research Award from the American Psychological Association. These awards are made annually by the APA Science Directorate to promising graduate students in the U.S. and Canada to assist with the costs of their dissertation research.

Jenny, whose dissertation is titled, “Reframing the individual stress response: An emphasis on strengths in coping,” is the only Canadian recipient of a 2017 APA Dissertation Research Award! She is supervised by Dr. Kristin Vickers in the Department of Psychology at Ryerson.
