Guest Artist Spotlight: Nancy Perrin
As we draw closer to our end-of-year shows featuring the Fourth Year Acting Class, we’re delighted to be shining the spotlight on all the magnificent guest artists who are making it all happen. Check out our prior articles on Logan Cracknell and Aaron Jan!
Nancy Perrin (she/they) is a Set and Costume Designer based in Southern Ontario, who is joining us this season for Spring Awakening. Nancy and director Paolo Santalucia worked together previously in 2015, on a production of Hamlet at Hart House Theatre.
Nancy loves working on new and collaborative pieces, especially if they examine our changing cultural norms. Professionally she has worked with companies such as Guild Theatre Festival, Festival Antigonish, Food for Thought Productions, Howland Company, Driftwood Theatre, Hart House Theatre, Magnus Theatre, the City of Montreal and as part of the Summerworks Theatre Festival. She is the recipient of the Ian and Molly Lindsay Young Design Fellowship, a Tom Patterson Guthrie Award and is a member of the Associated Designers of Canada. We are lucky to have her on the team for Spring Awakening this April!
