Biography

Krina Vaghela is a creative and technically driven designer with a background in computer engineering. From an early age, she explored creativity through painting, doodling, sculpting, dance, and photography, which later evolved into an interest in user experience design. During her undergraduate studies in India, Krina was introduced to front-end development, where she began to understand how design and technology come together to shape digital experiences. This sparked her interest in UI/UX design, leading her to explore the field further through self-learning.

Driven by a strong motivation to grow in her field, Krina relocated to Canada to pursue a Graduate Certificate in User Experience Design at Humber Polytechnic, where she sharpened her skills in user experience design, interaction design, and critical thinking. In her spare time, she continues to invest in self-education and contributes to animal welfare. She is guided by a drive to create meaningful work that motivates and inspires others.

Why Digital Media?

I chose Digital Media because it allows me to elevate my existing skills and push them further. This has always been a dream of mine, and I’m excited to take the next step toward creating impactful work. I aspire to work on creative projects that resonate with people, and the MDM program provides an ideal environment to develop my skills, collaborate with others, and continue growing toward that goal. The program also offers opportunities to explore the impact of emerging technologies on human behavior.
