Biography

Matt is a Toronto-based visual artist working primarily in traditional painting, mixed media and stencils creating original artwork. His work draws on inspiration from pop culture, hip-hop, sports and more as he strives to create unique artwork for collectors, galleries and public spaces alike.

Matt is a co-founder and director of Project Art, a local fundraising initiative founded in 2013. Project Art has hosted two annual pop-up art benefits that have successfully raised over $150,000 for art therapy initiatives at Sunnybrook Hospital.

Matt has a strong interest in digital culture and content creation. With a creative background and keen eye for design, he hopes to build upon his skills not only as an artist but in graphic design, web design, branding and more.
