Susan Langdon

Susan Keiko Langdon, C.M., is an award-winning fashion industry professional whose contributions have helped shape Canada's fashion sector for more than three decades. A Member of the Order of Canada, she is also the recipient of numerous honours, including the Fashion Group International Fashion Visionary Award, the City of Toronto Industry Achievement Award, Fashion Canada Award, and Toronto Metropolitan University's Alumni Award of Recognition.

From 1994 to 2026, Susan Langdon served as CEO and Executive Director of the Toronto Fashion Incubator (TFI). Under her leadership, TFI grew into an internationally recognized non-profit organization that helped thousands of emerging designers and creative entrepreneurs launch and build successful fashion businesses. She has also provided strategic advisory services to governments and organizations across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. 

She currently serves as a Fashion Trade and Export Readiness Specialist, Contract Lecturer and volunteers with several non-profits and charities.
