Susan Keiko Langdon, C.M., is a distinguished fashion leader whose work has significantly shaped Canada’s fashion landscape. Since 1994, she has served as CEO/Executive Director of the Toronto Fashion Incubator (TFI), becoming the first racialized woman to lead a major Canadian fashion organization and a strong advocate for diversity in the industry. Under her guidance, TFI has grown into a globally recognized, award-winning non-profit that supports emerging designers and creative entrepreneurs.

Her influence extends internationally—she has advised governments and organizations on fashion incubation and entrepreneurship in countries including Australia, Bahrain, Denmark, Egypt, Japan, Russia, South Africa, and the United States. A former award-winning fashion designer, she brings practical experience and deep industry knowledge to her leadership at TFI and to her role as a contract lecturer at Toronto Metropolitan University.

Member of the Order of Canada, TMU Alumni Achievement Award Recipient, TMU Hall of Fame Inductee, City of Toronto Industry Achievement Award, FGI International Fashion Visionary Award, VWAT Icons of Empowerment Award, International Wool Secretariat Woolmark Award of Distinction, Concours Design Award, Fashion Canada Award, and The JoAnna Townsend Award from the Organization of Women in International Trade.
