Maegan McWade is a Toronto‑based queer‑identifying fashion designer, tailor, teacher, and community builder. She is the founder and creative force behind Shoppe & Tailor Studios, an identity‑positive sewing studio for workshops and lessons and community events. Maegan is also co‑owner of Awl or Nothing Creative Inc, a theatre, art building and textile fabrication company. Their work can be seen across the country and on stages such as Buddies In Bad Times, Canadian Opera Co, and Crow's Theatre.
