The Department of Physics offers a Medical Physics program that gives you the necessary skills to apply physics principles to medicine and healthcare. 

  • Medical Physics (BSc): Study how physics is used to diagnose and treat illnesses. Explore areas such as medical imaging, radiation therapy and more. Build your knowledge through hands-on labs, optional paid co-op terms and research opportunities. Gain research experience by completing a thesis in your fourth year, under the supervision of a professor or hospital researcher.
