Impartiality

We consider all the information we recieve with the highest degree of objectivity. We strive to ensure that all persons involved believe they have been treated fairly.

For more than twenty years, the Ombuds Office has worked with students, faculty and staff to seek expeditious and fair resolutions to issues, concerns and conflicts at Toronto Metropolitian University that they have not been able to resolve themselves. The Ombudsperson (On Leave) is Maureen Helt, and the Acting Ombudsperson is Gemma Kerr, and Administrative and Outreach Officer is Edmun Natkunarajah.
