Marc Castillo

Marc Castillo is a first-generation Filipino Canadian LGBTQ2S+ entrepreneur and the founder of Castillo HR Consulting Inc., where he provides fractional human resources consulting services to small- and medium-sized businesses across Canada and the United States. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Toronto Metropolitan University. Through his work, he has supported organizations in achieving Great Place to Work certification, and provides guidance on compliance and workplace practices. In addition to his professional work, he established a scholarship at Toronto Metropolitan University and served as a Board Member of the TMU Alumni Association from 2018 to 2020.
