Blair Wolk

Blair Wolk is President of Orlando Corporation, Canada’s largest private, full-service industrial real estate provider. Since joining Orlando 22 years ago as a project manager, he has held roles across development, leasing and leadership, contributing to major projects that have helped bring global companies such as Amazon into Orlando’s portfolio. 

Blair holds a Civil Engineering degree from Toronto Metropolitan University and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, where he has served as a guest lecturer. He has also served on the board and executive committee of BILD, and helped expand Orlando’s philanthropic impact through major community donations and employee engagement.
