Biography:

Stefany Francoeur is a Senior Specialist, Learning Design at Scotiabank, with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a diploma in UX Design. Stefany blends her diverse educational background to create innovative and user-friendly learning solutions tailored to the needs of adult learners.

In her role at Scotiabank, Stefany excels in designing digital learning experiences that are both engaging and accessible. Her expertise lies in developing intuitive learning materials that make complex concepts easy to navigate and understand. Her commitment to crafting educational tools that are not only functional but also enjoyable underscores her passion for making learning a positive and impactful experience.

Stefany's approach to learning design is rooted in her dedication to creating environments where adult learners can thrive.
